Therefore, it cannot claim to be a junmai sake.
I thought that strong rice was only grown in Tottori, but it seems that a small amount of strong rice is also grown in Tochigi, but only Sugita Sake Brewery handles it.
I first tried it cold (room temperature), and since it was freshly opened, it was still a bit stiff. It was obviously the type that would be delicious heated up.
I will try heating it up after a while.
