猫酒
When freshly opened, it's a hard, shrieking lactic acid beverage, sweet and spicy and delicious.
After drinking it after a little while, the sizzling sensation has subsided and it has more body than when freshly opened. The sweetness and spiciness are still there, but I think I prefer this one.
It goes well with cold shabu-shabu with grated daikon (Japanese radish) and enhances the sweetness of pork fat.
