I had the opportunity to compare 1-, 5-, and 10-year old sake from the long-aged Mature Roukare sake preserved in a cave at my friend's Shimazaki Sake Brewery.
The sake was featured in the Izakaya Shinkansen drama and has become even more popular, making it a must for those who love matured sake.
Each sake has a different aroma and flavor, and we enjoyed them very much.
