Yamadanishiki Junmai Ginjo
Light and easy to drink. It has a good balance of acidity, gentle sweetness and bitterness. The lingering aftertaste is a bitterness and a peculiar taste. Better with food than by itself! It is a drink that I like more with food than by itself.
