It is easy to drink, and you may think it is a gentle sake, but then you will be surprised to find banana, kiwi, and a hint of peach and melon sweetness and acidity. Finally, the umami flavor comes through.
It is low in alcohol, fruity, and easy to drink, but has a solid structure. It is easy to recommend to beginners, and even a drinker like me is satisfied with it. It was delicious!
