Mr. Yoji Adachi was there, so I went to his booth to listen to him again.
There were no other brewers at the booth, so I went to the booth alone.

A gassy, crisp, refreshing strawberry.

A different lot of sake. Clear and delicious.
This is a clear, clean, almost sake-like sake, though I use raspberries in the fermentation process. It is a gift-work sake that is made all year round.
A sake with a little more raspberry will be released next month.
When I visited the brewery, I told them that I had been brewing sake for the overseas market, and they told me that the tax office came by today to do a tasting and gave me a high evaluation. I was surprised to hear that the tax office people can drink sake 🙄.
