I hadn't tasted Iso-Jiman since I drank it at Salmon Lab.
The base is light and dry rather than the fruity sourness typical of Sento or Shinsei, and there's a hint of grainy fruity flavor without any bitterness or sweetness.
You don't get tired of drinking it, so it's the kind of drink that's gone before you know it.
