Junmai 🍶Shojo ✨Butsuho🕊Polishing ratio of 84%. Yamadanishiki🌾 from Nanbu-cho, Tottori Prefecture Bingo-Ochiai-Yonago - Okayama-Matsumoto train trip 🚃Day 2 Strong aging, acid and rice wine. Strong aging, acidity and Shaoxing wine. Mild when paired with Kabako crab innards. When I served it with crab shinjyo, the acidity was lessened and a sense of rice came out.
