Today is Christmas at our house. I chose this Senkou from a stock of several bottles.
I just received the Riedel wine glasses I ordered online, so I'll try it right away.
The wine glass makes the aroma stand out, and this Senkou Classic Solid smells fresh, like La France.
It's no surprise that it's delicious when you drink it, and the sour aftertaste makes it a very beautiful sake from start to finish.
This is the impression of Senkou. It goes better with western food than Japanese food.
I was actually aiming for the Classic Omachi, but I couldn't buy it, so I went with the Classic Mujuku this time, but I would like to try the Classic Omachi as well.
