According to the proprietress, everyone loves it.
The sweetness characteristic of sake runs through it, followed by a melon flavor.
It is slightly carbonated, but the carbonation itself is not so noticeable. It seems as if it would crush you if you drank it with a clap. I wonder if it goes well with dashimaki tamago (rolled egg).
