Impression: The second of the Kijoshu drinking comparison. It is not as rich as the image of kijoshu, but it is the richest among Senkyoku. The acidity and sweetness are exquisite. The sweetness is stronger than the acidity, but it is not too strong. When the bottle is opened, there is a strong gusto, but there is almost no gassy feeling. The last part of the bottle doesn't have much of a sake feel to it, and it blends in easily, which I like. Delicious!
