To be honest, it is not a bonanza.
The aroma and taste are not assertive, neither good nor bad, but mild.
The aftertaste is clean and free of clutter.
As a sake mess, it is a bit of a letdown,
But as an everyday sake, it is passable.
If you don't raise your expectations too high, you can be satisfied with this bottle.
