Clean, clear, crisp, and easy to drink.
When I drank it in the past, or rather when I was young, I only remember feeling a sense of sake, but it was delicious when I drank it again.
The last snack of the season was firefly squid caught in the morning on the Toyama Kittokito flight. Delicious 😋.
