Hakutsuru Sake Brewery
The brewery is a branch of Kiku-Masamune. However, among the three breweries we toured this time, the sake itself did not seem to shine, and while Kikumasamune overturned my preconceived notions, Hakutsuru left a rather poor impression on me.
