Junmai Ginjo-shu with a rice polishing ratio of 50
The winter-only "Jyundo Isshu no Nao Kumi Nama". The sake is freshly pressed and bottled without going through a tank, so you can enjoy the freshly made taste.
When poured into a glass, it has a strong, mellow, sweet ginjo aroma like peaches and pears. A sip reveals a fruity, sweet and juicy flavor, with an elegant fruitiness that is not half bad. The aftertaste is accented with bitterness and acidity, again elegant. This is delicious.
