Good evening.
It's been a couple of days of cold weather here in Aichi Prefecture.
Well, this evening is my first visit to Tochigi Prefecture.
It's "Ukiyo Sagata"!
It has a unique aroma, a little smoke on the palate, and is strong enough to be enjoyed with heavy food, yet sweet enough to be enjoyed as a middle course sake.
We are looking forward to seeing how it will change after the opening ceremony!

I can't wait for the third day.
I like the sake from Tochigi, so I'll look for another brewery.
