Tomo-kichi
It's been a while since I had it, but S-type is still the best 😃.
Even if it doesn't have the shock when I first drank it, it is still delicious!
It has a unique aroma of wooden vat, unique sourness, and umami.
It has a slight ume (plum) wine taste.
I'm soaking in the aftertaste until I can drink it again sometime 🎵.
