洒落頭（しゃれこうべ）
The aroma is nice and alcoholic, and the mouthfeel is popping and gassy with a strong acidity. But it's delicious and brings out the flavor of the ingredients, which is typical of a junmai sake 😋 with a hint of oak in the aftertaste, which is very interesting. ✨✨
Excellent food and drink without hesitation.
Postscript....The berry sweetness comes out as the second or third day progresses. I think the wood vat aroma is starting to disappear.
