The black rice gives it a strong color and a grainy texture,

It is probably a raw sake, so it is still fermenting beautifully,
It was slightly carbonated when I opened my mouth. ✌️
Despite the aroma, the taste is not very sweet,
It tasted slightly bitter thanks to the hops.
→I thought it was the black rice that made it bitter!
