It is a limited edition sake that is sent to the fair. This year there was no longer a fair in Corona, so they are bottling and selling it. We were told that it will not be available next year, so we bought it immediately. It has the sweetness of rice as if it were pure rice, and the aftertaste is fruity and great.
The aftertaste is fruity and great. It's one of the best I've ever tasted.
It is very close to Manju of Kubota.
