Alcohol content 15 degrees, Polishing ratio 65%, Sake degree ➕1.5
Amino acid 1.5, Acidity 1.4, Yeast 901
Purchased on makuake. Good mouthfeel and no peculiar taste. It goes well with tempura of wild vegetables.
