Most of the sake I've been enjoying lately has been from the San'in region. I wonder if it has something to do with the fact that I'm from the next prefecture? My mom suggested I try some of the best drinks in the Sanin region, and they're good too! It's a great way to get a good idea of what you're looking for.
I put some sake in the sorbet and it was a good balance with the sweetness of the sorbet 😄It was perfect for summer ☀️.
