This one bears the name of the king of Bungo.
When we visited the sake brewery
We were allowed to taste most of their many products and were greeted with the previous Kijoshu and this one (and a bottle of shochu).
We were welcomed with a bottle of Kijoshu and this one (and a bottle of Shochu).
This one is also quite refreshing to drink.
The sweetness spreads afterwards!
The personality of the brewer, the atmosphere of the town, and the cat on the signboard are also favorable.
