The first sake with a flamboyant label that I've ever had.
This is a summer sake, unfiltered raw sake.
It was characterized by a rather dry mouthfeel and a taste with a high alcohol content.
I thought it might be better to drink it on the rocks.
I think it would have been better to drink it after the second glass or so.
