I drank this about 2 months ago, and it's still good 😋.
The label comments that the brewing was very difficult due to the worst sunshine and high temperatures in history.
It has the acidity of Niimasa's Namahashio style while retaining the taste of rice due to low rice polishing. Everyone raved about it.
