This will be a comment from an amateur sake lover. Today we had a sake from Ehime. This sake has a cool and refreshing taste perfect for hot days and goes great with white fish. We brought it to our favorite sushi restaurant to savor. Eating good food and drinking good sake is what makes me happiest. Thank you again today!
