ムヒーンAkita rice and agave are the future names for craft saké, which we have named kosake as opposed to sake and muddy sake. It is an image of sake and other cultures mingling with each other. The "Hana" comes from the Japanese name for hops, Western Karakasou. The "wind" comes from the strong winds of Oga, which is the concept behind the craft series. The "KAZE" is a strong symbol of our desire to bring a new wind to the industry through the Kraft Sake Hana Kaze. It has a clear and fresh aroma, a bright flavor and hop flavor in the mouth, and a solid acidity that overflows. The vibrant flavor and lively acidity overlap each other, and a refreshing aftertaste and lingering aftertaste can be enjoyed. The calligraphy on the label is the work of calligrapher Tsujii Jyu.
