Habits. Rice? taste? is strong. I can feel the acidity.
It is not the kind of sake that you would drink with food, but rather, you would enjoy it slowly and enjoy it little by little.
It seems to go well with sake or meat.
I served it with canned Okinawan food (rafte).
Drank at room temperature.
