This sake is a very limited edition sake that is shipped once every four years in a leap year!
I hesitated to buy it because the sake level was listed as -10.0, but I knew that if I missed out on this one, I would only be able to find it again in four years, so I took the plunge and bought it.
I took the plunge and bought it. I have a weakness for this kind of thing!
The mouthfeel is sweet, but the rice flavor and sharpness are typical of Aizan,
I think it is a very beautiful sake.
I had it with strawberries,
The sweetness and acidity of the strawberries went well with the sake and it was delicious.
