Ichi2
This was my first Yonetsuru, recommended to me by a sake shop.
I had a selfish image of it being Yamagata, Junmai Ginjo, unfiltered, raw, and the rice being Dewa Sanzano, so I thought it would be sweet.
It's a rather crisp, slightly dry type with a fresh, fruity feel.
It's good to drink by itself, but it's even better with a meal.
On the label, it also says what food it goes well with.
You can feel the spirit of the brewer who wants you to enjoy it.
It was a delicious sake that I would like to buy again for different occasions.
