This is the ambitious work of the toji who took over three years ago. It is made from Omachi rice from Okayama.
Since we tasted it after the Ura-Harushika Special Junmai Ginjo, we felt a strong acidity.

It is said to go well with bonito tataki.
I gave it up this time due to stocking reasons, though I was unsure about it 😢.
