Appearance: Slightly cloudy yellow, thick and slightly leesy.
Taste: [Taste: ★★★★★] There is a faint pineapple-like aroma. In the mouth it has a rich sweetness and fullness, followed by a bitter chocolate-like flavor. The nose has a faint scent of Japanese pear.
The taste is a little coarse, but it feels like honey is passing through it.
The spiciness comes out as the temperature rises.
Comment】This is a delicious kijoshu. It is good as an after-dinner drink or an aperitif, but not recommended as a mid-dinner drink. It is best to drink it cold.
