The details are unknown since it was given to me, but it seems to be a collaboration with a luxury ryokan.
It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and a juicy fruity flavor.
It is a beautiful sake with an orthodox sweet and umami taste.
Quite delicious with considerable clarity and depth. I can recommend it to everyone.
