I've had flax cat before, but never had spark. If it's sweet and carbonated, is it Champagne? I don't know...
First day I spent less than 10 minutes to open it, but it ended up spilling a little. The carbonation is very strong. Yes, it is champagne. It has a little bit of flavor.
The third day, the gas is gone, but it's not like a normal flax cat.
