Kaze no Mori Yamadanishiki 807, I haven't seen it in a long time. 😆 .
Perhaps because Kaze no Mori takes good care of Nara's rice, I somehow felt that Yamadanishiki, which is usually the king of rice, somehow didn't fit in.
When I encounter it again, it wraps me gently like a peach.
However, when I drank it, I found that the acidity, bitterness, and a hint of sweetness of Kaze no Mori are well balanced with the gentle shwashiness.
Why is it that I can't stop drinking it? Delicious, that's all I can say. I'm sure you'll enjoy it 😋.
