100% Omachi from Okayama Prefecture is used. Alcohol content 16%. Polishing ratio 50%. The manufacturer is Sanzen Sakura Shuzo Co. and the seller is Yuki Shuzo Co. I have not been able to enjoy Yui since then, but I was able to enjoy it for the first time in a while. The taste of Yui, with its rich rice flavor, is still very good.
