At a sushi bar with my boss.
The first drink is Sharaku. Excellent stability. The next one I asked for was the Fumotoi's Bishaku Dry Taste, which was on the restaurant's menu. I have had Fumotoi once before, but this was almost the first time for me to try it.
The taste is crisp and clean, which is what we call dry. It's beautiful, but it has a solid structure. I don't usually drink this type of sake, but I enjoyed it very much.
The boss I drank with was drinking Eiko Fuji's Black Fox, which he said was also very tasty.
