Yamakatsu
Junmai Daiginjo sake from Tottori Prefecture's Fukura Shuzo found at Donki. For some reason, it was on special sale.
It was stored at room temperature, so it may not have been well preserved, but I found it to be a delicious sake, with a hint of ginjo aroma and soft acidity.
