Sake series from Nara prefecture bought on the way back from camping (2)👍
This is my first time to Shikisaki. I'm not sure 😁.
This is also a new sake, but I guess it's not so shwashy and has already been fire-aged.
It tastes like Omachi with a bitter taste.
It has a clean aftertaste when served cold, but when heated it softens the mouthfeel, but I love the feeling that it comes with a kick 🤣.
