Wandering around Yokohama station for the first time in a long time, I missed it. But it's changed...it's been under construction for a long time. I went to the basement of Takashimaya to look for sake... Eikoufuji was there. I bought it immediately. This is my first Eiko Fuji. It is made from 100% Haenuki rice grown in Yamagata Prefecture, polished to 65%, and has an alcohol content of 16.9 degrees. I thought I was not good with lees, but it is refreshing and has just the right amount of sweetness.
