Kura no kakushikizake Junmai Ginjo sakuri namaishu
This is the first batch of "Kura no Kakushizake", freshly pressed sake. It is a collaboration product with the students of Tohoku University of Art & Design. It has been matured slowly in the snow. You can enjoy the soft taste of the rice, the flowery aroma and the smooth taste.
This is the first of its kind in Japan. It has a different taste from Hakkaisan's snow storage.
It is not too sweet but just right mellow.
