Rice and agave 01 doburoku.
The newest sake brewery in Akita. I've always been fascinated by the name, and bought a bottle of doburoku. It costs 3,000 yen for a quart bottle, so you need to be enthusiastic.
It tasted sweet, slightly fizzy, and mushy, and didn't go well with meals. It was a little too much for me.
I thought it would be a bit too much, but when I drank it again after a day, it seemed to go well with sashimi. But I don't think I can drink it in quantity. It is a sake to be enjoyed little by little.
