Modest but fruity ginjo aroma. The aroma is sharp and crisp.
The taste is light and dry, but also fluffy and aromatic.
There is not much alcohol, but the taste is rich and thick.
It is light but has a strong flavor.
Orbenten-san has a variety of different types of sake, which is fun to try.
