When I poured it into a glass and smelled the aroma
It's not overpowering, but it has a strong sake flavor.
When I took a sip, I was surprised to find that it didn't have a sake feel to it, but rather an umami taste and a citrus-like bitterness and aroma that blew me away.
I felt that the umami was very strong, but it didn't linger on the palate.
I felt that the sake was refreshing and easy to pair with food.
