On a trip to Matsuyama
The first Ehime sake, served cold with oden.
The first thing you notice when it arrives is the gorgeous aroma.
The taste is rich in rice flavor and smooth on the tongue.
Personally, I felt it was not so dry.
The aftertaste was so sharp that I was out of sake before I had finished the oden and had to have another one.
It was a delicious and gentle sake.
