Taste :
The attack is a little light, with a good sweetness. The palate is light on the attack, with a moderate sweetness, followed by a refreshing acidity and a hint of gas, with a gentle bitterness that gives fullness. The palate is medium bodied with a lively impression. The finish is rather short.
