When I asked for a recommendation at Sakaisen-do for a good one to go with sukiyaki, he recommended it to me. The sound and aroma when opening the bottle was exactly like champagne. It has a delicious flavor, but with a freshness that is unique to nama-shu. I can't describe the taste well, but this is a bad one.
