I bought it at a liquor store because they told me it was a representative sake of Kaze no Mori.
I didn't know it was so fizzy, so I was surprised when I opened it.
It's interesting to see how the taste changes from the initial freshness to the daily taste, as I'm not used to the bubbles. I like the timing when the flavor becomes more pronounced after a few days.
