Let's make a snowman.
That's why I've had this Senkou Snowman for two weeks.
I've heard the name since I first got into sake, so I was waiting for the first batch to arrive.
It has a silky mouthfeel, with a soft rice sweetness and acidity that travels down the throat. It's not very sticky, and despite its appearance, it's rather refreshing.
Is it good with a meal? I'm not sure.
I know it's delicious, but if it's so similar to a certain chuhai, what's the point of using sake? (I'm sorry if I offended anyone.)
I wonder if it's because it's better to do it in the range of sake than to call it liqueur.
