Sake given as a gift from an acquaintance in Hokkaido
This may be the first time I've ever had a proper sake from Hokkaido.
I imagined it to be stronger than it is! I was expecting a stronger sake, but it was spicy but soft and easy to drink.
It was perfect with kimchi nabe for dinner!
